Your images

Images are digitized in your browser and are never uploaded. When you download, only the stitch list (coordinates and thread colors) is sent to our server to write the machine file. It is processed in memory and not stored.

Cookies

We set one cookie that records your remaining design credits and which designs you have unlocked, so re-downloads are free. If analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics to count page views and tool usage, without your images.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
