What counts as one design?
One image at one set of settings. You get all six machine formats plus a preview PNG and a color sheet. Re-downloading the same design is free.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from the 10-design pack never expire.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per design or buy a pack. Nothing renews.
Refunds?
If a file will not open on your machine, email us within 14 days with the machine model and we refund the design.
